"In times of stress, the best thing we can do for each other is to listen with our ears and our hearts and to be assured that our questions are just as important as our answers."
Fred Rogers

Welcome

Hi! I'm Michelle Stafford. I am a licensed mental health therapist in Tennessee. I  specialize in serving LGBTQIA+ folx, complex PTSD, and early childhood wounding.

Golden Hour.

The moment just before the sun sets, it illuminates the world with a soft, hazy glow. It gives me this feeling of possibility -it feels intrinsically sacred. It's a moment I've often found myself reflecting on where I've been and where I'm going. A moment enveloped in light, calling us to the present, and painted with hope. This is how I see therapy. An invitation to look back, recalibrate, and decide where we would like to go from here.
